The Flash Sale Promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to the following conditions: • The Promotion will only be valid from Tuesday 9 June 2026, 10.00 AM CEST until Thursday 11 June 2026, 10.00 AM CEST, and only for as long as stocks last in the warehouse serving the relevant subregion or Participating Market (as defined below) (the “Promotional Period”). • The Promotion will be valid only for the following Nu Skin markets: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (the “Participating Markets”). • The Promotion will consist of a 15% discount on the total product order amount, excluding shipping costs, of an online order with a minimum product purchase value of 50€, incl VAT (please refer to Exhibit A for local currency equivalents) placed through your local Nu Skin website or the Nu Skin apps. The discount will be automatically applied on the Member Price (for Members and Brand Affiliates) and the Retail Price (for Retail Customers) of products ordered when entering the following promo code at checkout: “NUSKIN15” (the “Promo Code”) (please refer to Exhibit A for local Promo Code equivalents). • The Promotion will not be available for orders placed through Product Offer (Stela) or NLXX. • The Promo Code cannot be used to buy any products listed in Exhibit B. • The Promo Code cannot be combined with or applied to any other sales, promotions, discounts, codes, coupons and/or other promotional offers. The Promo Code can be used for eligible products added to any Automatic Delivery Rewards Subscription (“ADR”) orders and the discount will be applied provided such order is paid and processed during the Promotional Period and stock is still available at the time of payment. The Promo code cannot be applied to Automatic Delivery Rewards Subscription (“ADR”) orders processed on 9 June before 10.00 AM CEST. • For Brand Affiliates, Sales Volume (SV), and Commissionable Sales Value (CSV) of the products purchased with a promo code will be reduced by 15% as well. Standard payment methods will be available for all Participating Markets except for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Poland, where the wire payment option will be removed for all orders placed during the first 2 hours of the Promotion. Note that your order will only be processed once full payment is received. • Nu Skin reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the Promotion at any time. • Nu Skin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately when it is displayed on the website. • The original English version of these Terms and Conditions has been translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. • These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to Nu Skin’s General Conditions of Sale and/or the terms and conditions of your Member or Brand Affiliate Agreement, as the case may be.
